Write about a time you fell.

 

This fall was not about being down-it was the getting up that I feared most. It seemed as if it was easier to stay on the ground than to stand up and face the damage.It's not easy to move on after a fall like that. Sure, bruises and scars fade, but the pain remains as a constant reminder of a moment of weakness or carelessness. I fell one too many times in my life--out of grace, out of love, out of routine, flat on my nose. When I told him not to come back, it was all in one, the ultimate fall.
